- Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if applicable.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided. You are responsible for shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 10 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at cs@720luxus.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective item.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item following our return policy.
